Chosen to study in Canada? Great. Coming to Newfoundland and Labrador? Even better.

We know, it’s not easy moving to a new place and we’re here to help make it easier. Here at Grenfell Campus, Memorial University, we’ll provide you with the tools you need to succeed academically and socially.

International Student Orientation
Throughout the first month, you can participate in events and program to help ease your transition.

Airport Pick Up
You’ve probably travelled a long time to get here and we’ll make sure there is a friendly face waiting for you at the airport to help you get settled in your new home.

International Student Supports
We’ve got programming to help you adjust. Socials, cultural activities, international celebrations. We’re also here to help you figure out things like visas, international health care, working in Canada and getting around our city.

At Grenfell Campus, we have one of the best student/faculty ratios in Canada – our small class sizes give you better access to your professors to help you succeed. Many consider this more of a home than an institution.

And we want to learn from you while you’re here. We invite you to be part of programs that link you with young people from our province who’s like to learn more about your culture and home.

Located on Newfoundland's west coast, Grenfell Campus is a small interdisciplinary campus offers undergraduate programming in arts, business, education, fine arts, nursing, resource management and science, and graduate programming in environmental policy and boreal ecosystems and agricultural science.
